If you have been invited to your company's BeeCastle account but cannot see any of your company's data, or you receive an error message when you try to activate your invite email you may have accidentally created an account separate to the rest of your team.
To fix this
1. Log in to your BeeCastle account that you created
2. Go to settings and select 'User Management'
3. Select the three dots next to your name and select Archive
4. Log out
5. Locate your BeeCastle invite email from from the sender email@example.com, and follow the prompts in that email to join your company's account.
