When setting up your BeeCastle account, you can add contacts one-by-one by suggested contacts or you can bulk import multiple contacts at a time.

You can either bulk import contacts directly from Outlook Contacts, or by uploading a contact list. This contact list can be exported from other sources such as CRMs or billing services.

Importing Outlook Contacts

Bulk importing contacts is made easy with our integration with Outlook Contacts, allowing you to directly import your Outlook Contacts and curate your BeeCastle contacts.

2. Select 'Import my Outlook Contacts' and sign into your Microsoft account

3. Edit your contacts - Ensure there are no double ups of contacts or email addresses. You can also add in the roles and role types of your contacts.

4. Edit your companies - Allocate your companies to a portfolio and an importance category. Find out more about portfolio and importance here.

5. Import your contacts and you are ready to go!

Exporting data from another CRM or service

If you want to import contacts & company data into BeeCastle another CRM or contact management solution, we can help you move your existing data into our system. Your first step in this three-step process is to export your data from that third-party system.

1. Export a contact list as a .csv file

Most programs let you export your companies & contacts in csv format. Click one of the links below to see export instructions for each of the programs.

Don't see your program in this list? Get in touch with us and we will work with you to export using the system you have.

2. Upload the import file

3. Match up the the fields in your .csv file with BeeCastle fields

4. Edit your contacts - Ensure there are no double ups of contacts or email addresses. You can also add in the roles and role types of your contacts.

5. Edit your companies - The companies from your contacts have now been created. Allocate your companies to a portfolio and an importance category.

6. Import your contacts and you are ready to go!
